Father and son attorneys, Kenneth Edelman and Jacob Edelman, focus on all areas of estate planning, tax and asset protection planning, trust administration, probate administration, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, private foundations, guardianships, elder law, real estate, corporate law and business succession planning for a variety of clients both domestic and international.

Kenneth has more than 30 years of experience helping clients with their estate planning needs, providing tax savings and allowing them to transfer wealth through generations and to charities efficiently.

Before starting Edelman, P.A. in 2005, Kenneth managed the trusts, estates and tax practices for the Palm Beach County offices of Arnstein & Lehr, LLP and Broad and Cassel. Kenneth received a Masters in Tax Law (L.L.M.) from New York University School of Law. Jacob obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining his father’s firm in Boca Raton, Jacob worked in the New York City office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP in their real estate practice, focusing on real estate finance and acquisitions and transfers.

At Edelman, P.A., we take care to listen to our clients and structure our services in a way that best suits them. We work with their financial advisors and other professions to ensure that all of the necessary team members are involved in and fully informed about the estate planning process.

“We always tailor our services to suit our clients’ specific needs…we listen, then act.” – Kenneth Edelman
